347 North Queen Street LLC owns and operates The Alistair Apartments and operates alistairapartments.com and related online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit the Site, contact us, or use online leasing and resident services made available through or linked from the Site.

For purposes of this policy, “personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include information that has been aggregated or deidentified so that it cannot reasonably identify an individual.

These leasing and property-management functions may be provided through AppFolio, Yardi, RentCafe, or another real estate platform of our choosing, as well as other service providers working with us.

When you use the Site, we and service providers supporting the Site may automatically collect information about your visit and device. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, operating system, pages viewed, referring page or website, dates and times of access, links or features used, cookie or similar identifiers, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

AppFolio, Yardi, RentCafe, or another real estate platform of our choosing may provide online leasing, application, property-management or resident-service functionality for The Alistair Apartments. Information processed through those services may be subject both to our use of that information as property owner or manager and to the applicable privacy practices of the service provider.

When you leave the Site or interact directly with another third-party service, that service may collect and process information under its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of services you use.
